Xbox 360 Borderlands Half-Price

Best Buy is offering a buy one, get another 50% off for a select list of Xbox 360 titles. Borderlands is on the list. This is the first real deal I've seen involving Borderlands and is definitely worth a look if you're eying any of the other games on the list.

Why I Waited Six Years To Buy This Game

I can be pretty cheap. If a game comes out that I really want, I’ll often wait for the price to go down. And wait. And wait.

That’s what happened with Port Royale. The first game in the series came out in 2003. It was a business simulation game set in the Caribbean during the age of pirates. It caught my eye because I like good sims. And who doesn’t like pirates?

I was in college at the time so I was particularly cost-conscious. So I waited for the game to drop in price. Read more »
