Strange Borderlands Enemy

Hi to those that are reading this. I've been plying Borderlands for a while now and recently aquired the DLC's, whilst exploring a secret room in T-Bone Junction I was attacked and killed by a strange enemy that I had never encountered before. I was 48 and the enemy was 61. I was called Meat Popsicle. Can anybody tell me what this thing is please? E-mail at froster123@hotmail.co.uk

Steam - Error [HAAALP!!]

Ok, so I have four computers at my house. One for me, and each of my two brothers. We decided to buy the 4-pack of Borderlands on steam considering, we had to buy 3 anyways, why not get the 4th free.. 

 

So the game is up and running on 3 of the 4 PCs. I cannot get the to work on the fourth tho. it keeps saying:

"This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time."

wierd difficulty curve

im just sort of confused here. this game has a really akward difficulty cirve to it. i was a level 12 or so trying to get the mine key from sledge's safehouse. i wasted thousands of dollars for ammo, health packs and respawns, but i could hardly get past the first room. then i go build a sniper rifle or something and level up, and suddenly i pwn everyone without getting hurt at all. i didnt get any new weapons or anything either. whats up witha that?
