Best Sniper Rifles available(Legitimately)

I've recently created the best possible sniper rifles, they're separated by class(Semi-Auto Sniper and Sniper Rifle). They are deemed best by DPS, not by initial damage.

Well for all of those afraid of coming across modded weapons, ANTHRAX has decided to help by recreating weapons in their top form.

All of these are not there yet, but will be soon enough. Hopefully this will help those that are afraid of coming across weapons that are too strong and possibly modded.
