Radar in Borderlands?

I was watching a set of videos from PAX someone pointed out to me by someone on this site, when I noticed in the fourth one that in the weapon he pulls out with the square scope looks like in the top right hand corner there is a radar. Kind of hard to tell though if it's just an added effect, like the decal that we've already seen on other scopes. If you look real closely though, it looks like there's 3 other dots on the "radar" screen, and they seem to be moving a little. Link to video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oPk6QfOGrI&NR=1

You can't make high quality pics out of a low quality vid, but I think you'll get the gist of it.
