Buy shield med vendor - playthrough 2

I'm not sure if this is the right sub-forum to post this but here goes. I'm on playthrough 2 and am having problems with the mission where u need to buy a shield from the med vendor. I managed to buy it and the mission said "turn in" but when I go to do that the doctor guy wont bring up the menu where I can complete the mission and get the xp. He just says something like 'I'm not one to comment but I think you're doing just fine'. Now I'm in new haven and still am unable to finish it and remove from quests. Read more »

Quick Healing shield request

Looking for a Tediore Panacea shield (Quick Healing) with a high capacity. I currently have one with a capacity of 1136 and recharge rate of 121. If anyone can match or find a better one, I will be willing to trade with you a select amount of weapons and items I have.

Removing the "Money Shields"

I searched but couldn't see a post about how to remove the money shields that exist.

Shield Request & Trade

I'm looking to trade some weapons for a high capacity very quick / quick health regeneration shield. I lost a purple shield in the Mad Moxxi arena randomly that had a capacity of around 1200 and a recharge rate of 135. I currently found a shield with 1135 capacity and 125 recharge rate. I'm looking for something with a little more capacity and recharge rate. I'm willing to give a Glorious Havoc with 263 damage and 83% accuracy and 12.3 rate of fire along with an SMG with 107x2 damage and a 91.7% accuracy with a 12.0 rate of fire.
