willowtree

Hi i'm curious on how to to mod lvl 61 requirement guns using willowtree v1.2.2.. no matter what i try.. they end up lvl 48? this is after v1.30 patch to remove most unmodded guns but need to figure out how to make lvl 61 equiptment. PS. no whining about modded guns etc.. i do not use them in multiplayer games yadda its just something interesting to do. It's interesting to do :D
