i noticed in the video that a shotgun has a damage multiplier that switches place with the weapon damage and says X8, so i think that for each BB or ball or whatever you would call them, in the shotgun shell, does 10 damage. That means if 5 of the 8 balls hit their target, it would be 50 damage

The Dahl ZX10 Urban is a
The Dahl ZX10 Urban is a Shotgun, not an SMG. "Urban" more likely refers to a paint job or a rare part on the weapon. Also, no SMG would ever have a five-round magazine and fire at only 1.5 rounds per second. That's nearly the opposite of the purpose of an SMG. If you don't believe me, look in the E3 video, it's the shotgun the player favors for the majority of the presentation.
