+4 find rare item class mod?

Hi!
I started messing around with borderlands modding and was wondering if it's possible to do +xx find rare items on hunter class mod? I've tryed multiple combination of material I've followed guids on modding but never succeed doing more then +2 on find rare item attributes. :(
Thanks

I hate to be the one to bust your bubble, Wolfien, but the TFRI mods do not work. This has, to my satisfaction, been proven by an in-depth and extensive set of tests on both chests and enemies, including looking at the actual game coding to determine those items and opponents where TFRI is supposed to work.
My own conclusion from looking at the data is that TFRI is either a mean and malicious joke on players by the Gearbox developers (possible, since I'm convinced they were mean and malicious in several other parts of the game), or it's broken (very possible, since we know of several other things which are broken in the game and were never addressed in patches by Gearbox).
In short, don't bother with TFRI. I used to run Mordecai and Lilith exclusively with Scavenger and Catalyst TFRI class mods until I studied the results of this research project and even did a less in-depth study, myself, involving about twenty Armory runs and an equal number of Crawmerax runs, each with and without the mods. I found no discernable difference in the overall rarity of items (i.e., the colors). The research in question went into even more detail, examining the individual rarities of the parts which make up weapons dropped by various enemies and chests, including those which are on the internally-coded list of enemies and objects which should be affected by TFRI. The researcher found no significant difference and, in fact, the presence of a TFRI seemed to generally reduce the rarity of weapons!
If you'd like to read about the research project. yourself, check out the following two threads on the Gearbox Software Forums:
A little bit of further evidence is that some modders managed to create class mods which gave an enormous + to find rare items (probably a Scorpio mod -- I haven't been able to find any solid information on how they did it), and they couldn't find any difference with or without them.
The bottom line is simple. Use a Scavenger or Catalyst mod which gives you a useful feature instead of one which has clearly been shown not to have any affect on item rarity. Shield regeneration (Lilith) and health regeneration (Mordecai) do work.
