achievment problems on claptrap new robot revolution

Is anyone experiencing problems with getting achievments? i don't want to spoil the mission but let's just say there is a boss that you have fought before and you have to fight him again. After i beat this boss i didn't recieve the achievment for it when i know its one of the secret achievments? he wasn't easy to fight and i'm kinda angry i waited 2 hrs to download the new expansion and i don't get any achievments for it wtf? someone please help!

I'm playing on the 360 i have got the other 1500 gamerpoints but for some reason i can't get a few of these achievments in the new DLC4 i contacted gearbox and hoping that i have to fight him again or something and that this was a fluke

yeah im having the same
yeah im having the same problem with the trophies you get from two of the returning bosses.... sort of annoying, i hope it gets patched soon.

What system are you on ? For me it went perfectly I just miss 3 achievement (damn, those Pizzas are really scarce !)
