Armory or Crawmerax?

I just got to the armory yesterday and have glitched it to oblivion. The place has me spoiled no doubt, but is it time to finish the quest and say goodbye to the armory for good? How does the loot compare with that of Crawmerax? Dont wanna give it up before i know its worth it.

Not sure about that one. Im a 60 Brick,ive heard its a bit tougher without siren. This will be my first go at Crawmerax, if i decide to abandon ship on the Armory.Im having good luck in the armory, long fucking way to get there though!!!

crawerax for sure one thing u can keep doing it without making a new game and also u get better stuff from crawerax even if u cant solo him just get some friends and dont believe people when they say the armery has better loot because crawerax drops better stuff it even says in the tips crawerax can drop the best stuff in the game the armery does not.

I found a regular chimera the second fight, the thrid fight i found a better chimera, i even found an eridian enhancement mod for a siren which increased damage by 50%, i didnt take a pic, should have cause it disappeared after i quit.

Same issue here...
Same issue here... Don't have gold Live account so I can't multiplay online and have to kill crawmerax solo... well, try to kill him solo.

If you want LvL61 weapons,
If you want LvL61 weapons, Highest damage Grenade : The Armory
Profesional Class Mods (but they won't work until they fix the bug) and up to LvL60 weapons : Crawmerax
I don't farm crawmerax anymore.

+1 lvl = +2% dmg so I farm
+1 lvl = +2% dmg so I farm crawmerax and after 5-10 kills, I go to armory...for me it's more funny than armory only

Honestly I seem to have more
Honestly I seem to have more luck with Crawmerax than I do the Armory. Then again, I just spent the bulk of the day fighting Crawmerax, and about 2000 guns/items later, I still yielded nothing real great. Just a matter of time/luck.

I've been solo'ing Crawdaddy
I've been solo'ing Crawdaddy w my lvl 69 Hunter w and w/o the glitch so its possible. Basically need to take Bloody Unforgiven to that thing and fire, acid, and electrical weapons for his minions. It can be done.
It depends. How fast can you solo Craw? If you can do it fast, with a siren, then I'd say Crawmerax is your opportunity to grind. Kill Craw, Loot Stuff, Leave Lair, Reenter Lair, Lather Rinse Repeat...
With the Armory, you have to restart after you farm it, with Crawmerax, you can farm it as long as you want as long as you make sure to clean up excess items less your system get too laggy.
