Well ive ascertained that modded guns have been removed from xbox but im wondering if you can still mod you skill points or levels and such. If this is possible would any one have any idea how or some advice for me on how to do it.

One more question if for instance i did this is it possible to get banned is it bannable and is it even possible to detect.

I don't know for that, but

I don't know for that, but the First day Knoxx came out I saw a guy drop dozens of Level Caps, so that you could level up max in a couple of seconds... That was the bad news of that first day ;)

Yep, modding in Borderlands

Yep, modding in Borderlands is still possible, but to an extent. Weapons with ridiculous damage (30000 damage?!), missing parts, with parts that don't belong too, characters with excessive stats and items with stats that don't belong to or stat hacked, the game won't allow them in the game or will just get rid of them. And yes, if a user finds a way to let in overhacked weapons in the game, is still "bannable". If FrankWest76 is right about seeing a group with overhacked items, this group could get banned.
