Bone Head Tip

Found a great way to handle Bone Head.
First, make sure he has popped up in the area he is at. When you see him, head back to Fyrestone.
Go past Marcus's store and head left. There will be a fence with an ammo case and a couple of small loot lockers. Bone Head will be on the other side of the fence.
There is a rock hill behind you. Go back a little, and there is an opening in the fence to where you can get to the top of the hill. Jump up there, and crouch.
You should have a great view of the area where Bone Head is. There are three barrels by the rock that Bone Head circles. When he reaches that area, shoot one barrel. All three will explode right on him.
Then just pick him off with Sniper or other good long range weapon. Just about every enemy in the area can be handled from the hill. Go back around, and pick up the loot.

The run up and shoot him in the face tactic worked for me as well.
Sometimes its easy and other times not as easy but if you had trouble the first time killing him you proably havent done TK's little quest chain yet so try doing Tk's quests and then you should be able to handle him
But yes this is also a fine way of doing things :p
id have to say that i thought Bone Head was the hardest boss (if you want to call him that) that i fought... maybe its because the equipment i had wasnt up to par or something each time i fought him but he always seems to be hard when i fight him. Nice tip for someone who has trouble fighting him like me =)
