Bosses?

How many bosses are in Borderlands. I've seen the Hive, so is it just going to be him and punks like Nine Toes? I also saw what looks like a dock and a boat in some videos and was wondering, does Pandora have a ocean?

There are lots of bosses in the game. No word on exactly how many. I remember Mikey saying that there was something like 20-25 bosses in the main quest alone. We already know for a fact there are bosses outside of the main quest as well, so we'll just have to wait and see.

I've heard Mikey talk about a quest where you throw bombs into a lake and gather up all the dead fish so you can at least get close to the water.

DLC is an island...hmmm
With the DLC being released as the Zombie Island of Dr. Ned I wonder if the water interaction is going to change. Probably not...probably just a ferry and a load screen or something, but it would be really cool if there were boats.

Whether it's a boss or just a big ass enemy, I can't wait to fight that giant thing that kicked the dude at the end of the second Clap Trap vid. Dunno if it has a name yet or not, but I love giant bosses/enemies.

The Rakk Hive? That was the first known boss of the game. In fact, GameSpot just posted a short video of someone fighting one today.

That thing was the Rakk Hive...? Huh, my bad. I guess whenever I heard people mention "Rakk Hive" I didn't expect it to be that giant monster thing. :P
When I think Hive, I think... Well like a bee hive or something lol.
yes there is a type of sea or lake...but i am almost positive you can not do anything with it...there is a mission on a dock
