So i found both of these snipers but i dont know witch is better, one cost alot more but the other has x4 fire

Meh
Id probably go for that S&S gun, the very high rate of fire and elemental damage kill enemies faster than a hard hitter

Plus the zoom multiplier gives way better accuracy at range (and head shot crits will more than make up for the few points in damage)

Wait till you get that
Wait till you get that volcano in level 35ish form... damage is increased to around 450. and the crits on my siren usually perfom 4.5-5k I would perk into elemental just for the use of this sniper... it's amazing.
reavers edge however has to be the best "sniper" rifle i have found with the excellent (and HUGE) zoom. WTB a second playthrough version.

I'm partial to the "Vicious
I'm partial to the "Vicious Sniper" models, particularly the LB7 from S&S. I rode with them for a long time until I acquired my "Sniper Killer", the most badesst ass weapon I've ever used so far.

Initial posters are wrong, latter posters are right. The S&S is a much better gun.
More accuracy more fire rate, more clip. You will kill more things faster with that gun, period.

Well, i got teh
Well, i got teh lvl 43 version of the "Fearsome Volcano" ^^
Damage: 726
Accuracy: 98.6
Fire Rate: 0.6
Ammo: 3
It's quite awesome, but i prefer my full automatice sniper rifle (fire rate: 4.6; damage: 500; ammo: 10). This rifle is just purple....
BTW it has recoil reduction, so i can usually score a critical with every hit. It's called the "Desert Penetrator".

As you probably have
As you probably have increased reload speeds and maybe not but i do increase of reload after killing an enemy ( both with Mordecai) I hardly look at speed of a sniper anymore.

The bonus to the Volcano
The bonus to the Volcano series of Sniper Rifles is the rediculous amounts of fire damage they do compared to a normal fire based sniper rifle. Much like the Hellfire series of SMGs, the Volcano will generate much bigger damages when you set someone on fire than with a normal sniper rifle. Same with the Roaster Missile Launcher.
I'd go with the Volcano.
Oh, also, the Liquid doesn't have a better Elemental Effect Chance than the Volcano which has a High, so if you want to set some people on fire, get yourself a Maliwan!
