Cool Sniper (Possibly better than legendary)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the ranking for weapons is as follows:
White(Common) < Green < Blue < Purple < Orange(Legendary)
And isn't it also true that your "Backpack" orders it for you by rarity. Ex. Orange will always be at the top, and white will be at the bottom like so:

Ok, well I was playing today and an enemy dropped a sniper that was better than mine. So naturally I go to equip it, when I see this:

So that must mean it's either a glitched weapon, or it is in fact rarer than orange. Here is a close up on it's stats:

Glitch? Or the game doesn't
Glitch? Or the game doesn't arrange things automatically upon pickup? I'm comparing Pearl Cyclops to Bloody Unforgiven, and Bloody Unforgiven is still a much stronger gun.

It's junk
Don't let the damage fool you it's a piece of junk. The speed on it is 0.6 and you can only have 3 rounds.
Just for reference the sniper rifle I used when I bet the game on the first playthrough is roughly 430 damage with tons of added stats (150% to crit, 40% fire rating and other stuff) along with a 10 round mag, 2.7 fire rate and 97% accuracy. It's a purple fwiw.
So yeah, for reference it really isn't a good weapon at all and bears the proper designation of "white" item.

Maybe Thats the true legendary , It must have something special because " I have you in my eye sir " might be a clue. PEARL sniper... hmmmmmmm.
