Eridian Weapons

Anyone actually LIKE these weapons? So far I find them useless BUT they are fun from just shooting and having unlimited ammo. The only thing I find kinda useless with them is that they dont have a certain person who could build a tree around them.
AND has anyone found any Orange weapons of these?

I, too, find the alien
I, too, find the alien weaponry a bit lacking. To me, it's Shock Damage + only in that it can causes more damage to the enemy's health bar than some Shock weapons. Perhaps they will improve as levels increase.

Only seen the greens... I imagine that there pretty B.A. at higher levels... but right now way too slow and weak
The Cannon would be good for its level requirement (18) but I got it at 31 so its pretty useless.

I have a lvl 46 thunderstorm... 208x8 damage. sounds good, but only use I have found for it is dropping shields after that its useless. Also Im beginning to think that green is the only color they come in. I have 13, and not a sinle blue, purple, or orange. Oh well they are fun to collect anyway.

I gave a Lvl 40 Thunderstorm
I gave a Lvl 40 Thunderstorm to a friend and in the few seconds of spamming he did with it, he wiped out a GOOD portion of a boss's health with it. He really enjoyed the gun, since it does crazy damage when it hits.

I would say Lilith would be
I would say Lilith would be the best at these guns due to her 'all round' weapon upgrades.
Currently i have;
8/5 Quick Silver - +40% Rate of Fire for all weapons
8/5 High Velocity - +32% Damage for all weapons and +160% Velocity for all bullets
However, using these mods would render the +44% SMG damage on my class mod useless.
For the record, the classmod is;
+44% SMG Dmg
3 High Velocity
3 Quick Silver
4 Girl Power
Its niiiiiiiice.

I found a alien weapon called like a 100110011 gin or whatever, it does 69 damage and its description is, Pew! Pew! Pew!

There is no set way to find
There is no set way to find it. It's a random drop. As far as I know the Cannon is the only guaranteed drop, which drops from McCloud.
I enjoy them. Especailly for dropping Guardian shields in the Eridian areas endgame. I've yet to find Oranges, Purples, or Blues.
