Has the date been confirmed for the free patch to level up pass level 61?

No, QA was in Final last week... So depending on the result it'll take more or less time, then it'll have to be approve by Microsoft or Sony which then will be responsible for it's release....

shouldve been out by now, either way add me on psn ill be down to play through, no mods..(legit playthrough)

Patch is on Certification

Patch is on Certification today. Hope everything goes well, if it does it might take 2 weeks (or a bit more) to get it done then Gearbox can send it to Sony and Microsoft... So I doubt for an October release, more like a November release... I know, I know... :(
