A Glitch And A Switch

Just recently I've found these:
- A walk through wall glitch nearby Helobs location.
Close to were Helob is, on the map, there's an area that doesn't have a border (south of the map), if you drive there at a low speed and take the downhill, there should be a laser tower to the left. Get of the vehicle and walk towards the tower sticking to the border to the left, you will be able to walk behind the tower while going through the border wall. Unfortunately, saw nothing interesting there.
-Inactive switch nearby One-eyed Jack's location.
I keep looking at this for the longest time. If you teleport through "The Underpass", drive to where One-eyed Jack is, there's a small building to the end with few bandits around, after getting rid of the bandits and walk to the roof using the stairs on the side, there's a switch that seems to be inactive. Don't remember if it was used before or it's there for later.
I was just wondering if anyone said anything concerning this.

switch
The switch is part of the green thumb mission. Go to the little hut in middle of canyon or whatever you want to call it. Its right before you get to bridge, it has big sunflower looking things around it. There is an NPC standing on side. Talk to him for mission.

That's weird because I did
That's weird because I did that mission and the NPC wanted me to shut down the water pump in Jaynistown, but I didn't had to touch that switch for anything. I had to look for a valve and shut down the pump and that's about it.
