Im not sure if im the only one who has tried this, but if you want to get to a high place, duel someone and have them use Sledges shotgun to shoot you when you jump in the air and it should launch you REALLY high! Just be sure you have a good shield and/or full health.

lol, when you shoot a berserker (or whatever you call those really strong bandits wit a shit load of muscle) with sledges shotgun, they go flying aswell
