Hey guys, Semperboy here with a desperate plea. I need some idea a fifteen-year-old can do that can get me $200 quick. I'm not asking you guys to send me money. Just send me an idea or two. I'm desperate, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's good that you have time to pay it back. You'll be able to pay them back soon enough, you just need to figure out how you'll earn the money.

Heres A Possibility
If anything, see if you can make a friend out of state or possibly a trusted user through this site, see if they will let you mail them your hard drive. Then If you have a Credit Card or Pay Pal, add money (about $30.00) to your account, then see If they will buy the DLC for you and have them mail it back. There is also one other option, do everything I just said except your fly out to a trusted users place and get the DLC.

How much time you have to recover that ?
What's the legal age to work and earn money in your country (U.S. ?) ? As a part time waiter (like a 10 hours mission) I know you can quickly earn some money, if it is the same as in France you could do that within 3 days, but being 15 ?
Don't you have stuff you don't use that you could sell right from your home, on the opposite there's flea market but you'll have to pay a bit for a spot to do so...
Walk in the city and check whatever store need help ?
Some store, library etc... Are doing inventory of their stock and sometimes they seek for outside help...
Babysit ?
If you are a bit of a handyman you could explain your neighbours your situation and help them with whatever they need help for in exchange of some cash...
Walk some dogs ?
That's a bit extreme but testing pharmaceutical drugs (but again you might need to have the right age) ?
What it is your good at that could be interesting to gain profit from ? Play any instruments, have a DSLR and like to take pictures...
