How do you mod something

I really need help here. I've tried to mod about 10 guys now, and none of them work. I see that everybody here has modded something. Only one of the guys I've modded worked and that was a character I modded for my brother( lvl 61 siren) I downloaded willow tree don't know if that might be the problem, anyway please can anybody help? Thanx a lot, appreciate the help..... :)

what platform....if

what platform....if xbox...you need several tools...

 

i use

xport 360..pull image from card

explorer 360...inject to and from image file

concept resign and rehash

willow tree editing save file
