so i still havent been able to kill mothrakk at lvl 30, is it possible to crit him at all? it would help ALOT, also, whats the best weapon against him? plz dont call me noob im just on first playthrough and i have no weapons that do any dmg to him except bloodwing and the ocasinal sniper round on him somewhere or other

Catch A Ride
You cant kill that thing lvl 30 by yourself w/out taking cover under the Catch A Ride station for sure

ive also found that as wacky as it sounds,, if you have a rather high accuracy shotgun (like 70%+ accuracy) it takes off nice chunks of dmg every shot.
also the best advice i can give to beat him in addition to using the catch-a-ride as cover is you really need to lead the shots. dont aim right at him (i guess mothrakks a boy?) but aim in front of him in the direction hes flying. even with a high rate of fire on your gun hes really high up in the air and the bullets take a sec to actually get to him. aim slightly in front of his head in the direction he is flying and youll notice yourself doing more damage than aiming right at him when most bullets miss by the time they get up there.
theres also the less effort route of getting a shield with a high resistance to fire,, and then his attacks will hardly hurt you, it can just take a while to find one when you actually need it and you prob just want to go kill him and move on.
dont call yourself stupid for this question,, mothrakk is actually one of the harder fights in the game even though its sorta early. save it for future questions bec one of them may actually be stupid =D

LEAVE the mathrakk til you're geared enough, go for other quests / or asking for looting online, I think second playthroughts on 2nd or 3rd dlc could help you with what they consider "bad gamme" but which would be great stuff for you as being in the 1st pth

I killed him at lvl 27 maybe
I killed him at lvl 27 maybe 26 i just shot his body with a machine guy with a scope (wasnt a very fast machine gun it had stops after 3 shots) but it was pretty strong dont know the name atm.
I just ran alot i shot him and when i saw him firing i ran towards him (under him) he mostly missed it took some time tho...
And this is my 1st playthrough ever ;D

if you want to get more out
if you want to get more out of killing him, just wait until you level up. but it you dont care, get a runner with a machine gun, and lock on to him, and just drive back and forth down that road that the arena is on.

im about to do it
i have the quest for him and im lvl 21 almost 22 shouldnt be to hard ive got a 22 pistol that does around 500 dmg along with my 400 dmg explosive element x3 (im brick btw so if hes in the sky i might be screwed)
Critical Mothrakk? Alas no. Mothrakk is a rakk and rakk have no weak point but no armored point either.
The best weapon you could use would be something with explosive, like an Ogre. Good sniper also works but you'll need to hide under the Catch-a-Ride's roof at the bottom of the hill between fits of raining fireballs.
A Hellfire SMG might work okay too but I'd suggest a good Machine gun/SMG with explosive rounds and hiding under the Catch-A-Ride to heal up.
