Jacobs Loyalty Mod

I finally got the DLC for the PC and I saw in one of the loading screens it said Jacobs Loyalty Mod's only work for Jacobs guns.

Has anyone found this "Loyalty Mod"

It's something they did not implement. It's a point of discussion (and anger) in the official Gearbox forums.

ya i saw it 2 when i found
