Knoxx...playthrough one or two

Im a lvl 47 and my friend is a lvl 35. we want to play general knoxx but dont know which playthrough to start on. He has finished the origional game on playthrough one and im halfway through playthrough 2. Should we finish the origional game on PT2 or is it fine to start GK?

Levels?
I'm in close to the same predicament. What are the levels of the enemies in Knoxx in Playthrough 1 and 2?

Pretty sure playthrough one
Pretty sure playthrough one he is a high 30 or low 40 and playthru two hes a 55 I believe. And remember, with more people the enemies are harder, and being a lower level your friend will be doing less damage.
I'd say Playthrough 1, the Content was added to go after The Destroyer, so if you're not that far in the current playthrough, it might be a little too much.
