Is the Loot from Chests Nerfed in Split screen play?
I swear, myself and my mate just finished first play-through in split-screen and I've been wondering where all these nice weapons people have been talking about are coming from.
Our first Alien weapon was from the Crimson Enclave Entrance ( btw those guns suck ass)
When either of us runs around on our own and visits loot crates we get Nice shiny Blues, Purples and the odd (2 so far) Legendary... but if we open the same crates in Splits ...the guns are White, Green or the very odd time blue with Crappy stats.
We've noticed as well that if we do a quest with a Blue or Purple Q Reward only the one who hands it in gets the blue or Purple... the other player gets the next level down. (Green or Blue)
Which is kinda KAK. anyone else experienced this in Splits?
When my buddy and I play in Split-screen we find decent stuff farily regularily. Much of it is 2-5 levels above where we are so we still can't use it, and typically we find something better by the time we can use it anyway.

I play PC and I generally notice that more people = tougher enemies but also a higher chance for better guns, you're just unlucky mate.
I found plenty of good guns, and sometime the good ones aren't rare at all, I got a green rocket launcher my friend found for me from a chest with 1174 dmg, nice firing rate, but no scope, only downfall.
And in a single run in a mission we found like 3 orange wilcat smgs, trash if you ask me so we sold them lol. It's all chance mate.
