Modding Starts New Game??

Hey Guys,

I'm kinda new to modding and the like, but I've come across a problem. Every time I try to make even the smallest change to my save file using willowtree, when I load the file in game, the game doesn't load the save and starts a new game.

I'm using the newest version of willow tree (beta10r13). Is there something I'm doing wrong???
