Wow. The one I have doesn't have that much damage per pellet. o_O
I swapped mine out for a Caustic Death, since it has a 77 accuracy, I can take off a mobs head at medium range; it's nice. Got a Double Anarchy for chewing stuff up at close-range.
VERY good find with that much damage though.

I got my fatal crux for
I got my fatal crux for completing the last round of the First arena on the second play through.
I also got a better lvl 40 fatal crux in the crimson enclave.. the crux's are probably the best type of shotgun along with the friendly fire

i have my favorite crux is the corrossive one..just one shot to a superbad tech and it corrodes them to death
