NECA Making Borderlands Action Figures

NECA--the makers of action figures that are a helluva lotta more detailed than the Ninja Turtles in my basement--are going to be action-figurizing the Borderlands crew.
They posted on their Twitter feed today "...Borderlands, Splinter Cell, & loads more to come..." They didn't elaborate on what characters exactly but I sincerely hope there will be a Claptrap sitting on my desk this summer.
Pictured to the right you can see the handiwork NECA did with Big Daddy from Bioshock.
No word on price yet either but an Amazon search reveals most of their wares sell between $15 and $35.

Ah, I thought I remembered
Ah, I thought I remembered seeing something already posted about this already on the forums. I went to search for it but couldn't find it.
I'm not really a collector either but I might want to get one. When I count the time I've put into this site, I've probably spent more time on this game than any other. Would be a nice memento.
If I have time this weekend I'll shoot an e-mail to NECA and see if they can give us some more information on the figures.
i posted a link to this earlier this week on a dead thread somebody started about wanting borderlands action figures. BG IS AN INFO THIEF, SKULLMASHER HIM!!1!!!111!!!!11!!!! =P
not really a figure collector myself but ill def get a few of these, i assume they can only look absolutely awesome, i just wonder how the cell shading look of the game will translate to a 3d figure. how amazing would it be if each one came with a few different guns you could swap out of their hands (real ones from the game of course). it only makes sense since this is borderlands we're talking about. how about a TK figure complete with TK's wave and of course removable leg? theres 87 bazillion possibilities lol.
