new havean please

alright, so i have a great time with the game, after I kill mad mod, I go to try and get into new havean, and the game crashes, I have tried like 18 time but is always happens, the games lags out of the load, and i end up having to shut down SO PLEASE HELP
What system are you on ? Is this a Torrent downloaded game ?
