no warp for "the underdome"

ive downloaded all the dlc's, i can go to jakob's cove and T-bone junction, but i cant find anyway how to get to the udnerdome, its not on the warp list any suggestion on what should i do ? should i re install the mad mox dlc ?

I would reinstall.  My DLC's

I would reinstall.  My DLC's installed to C:\ however my game is in D:\.  I activated all the DLCs and then copied them across to my D:\ folder.  All working.
