Hello all first timer here and i feel like im missing some things.
first of all when you view a weapon and it says for example 33 and then x12 is that a total damage of 396 or what? and as for elemental damage im a hunter and speced for snipping so that i ignore enemy shields so is electricity usueless? Also about class modds if it says + to whatever skill if you have that skill maxxed out does it do anything?

For the Damage multiplier yes it's a total if your close to your enemy and all bullets touches him, but if you're far and only 5 bullets hit him instead of 12 then of the course the damage won't be the same.
If you got your ignore shield + an electricity weapon you'll take down both at the same time if it does it's job.
Class Mod should add more skills than the one your already have maxed out (Well at least I can see that with my Hunter and the differents skills + the mods that fits the same skills)
