Not leveling up past level 61.

I have bought the clap trap new revolution for the PS3 and have noticed I am note getting any experience points when I kill anyone or complete a mission. Is anyone having an issue or it something only I am experiencing. I am already leveled up to level 61.
That's because the Free Patch that gives 8 more level is not out yet. Confirmed to be this month.
