Problem with Weapons

MY brother found a lv 25 weapon. He has not replaced his weapon, AND HE IS A LV 50.
They need to fix that cause its annoying.

It's annoying because it says
It's annoying because it says "Requirement Level 25" at the top of the gun? jesus stop complaining about nothing... the game is awesome

See it...
Just see it as a chance to boost lower-level-player. Not everyone got the free time to play through and reach level 50 the week after getting the game.
And there MIGHT even be people who actually give items they can't use to others who can make good use of them...

Sorry..
The big deal about the game was 87 bazillion guns intead of using stuff he found when he was a level 25 he should upgrade.

I like that you can find a kick ass gun that lasts you a long time, but once I've used a gun for too long it gets old and I want a new one, so I understand your frustration.

Sentimentality
I even keep some of the guns that aren't so good anymore just because they look really cool or they helped me get through certain parts of the game. My Lilith character still has every Hellfire that I've ever found just so that I can bust out five of them for comparison.
Sometimes it's fun to look at your inventory from the standpoint of a trophy collection instead of just as tools for certain jobs.

You have way to much time on
You have way to much time on your hands, the sad part is I think the same way. I walk around with 15-20 kick ass guns and only keep new guns if they are better than what I already have.

Another thing that actually
Another thing that actually changes the level requirement of guns is your proficiency with that type. All of my guns are level 48, but when I equip my Combat Rifles, the level requirement that it shows in the inventory screen drops to 37 because of my proficiency. Besides, some guns just kick so much ass that you can never let them go.
