@AngryTaco

You already have Uncharted which is the first thing I would recommend. It's not a very long game but I really enjoyed playing it. I think it has one of the best storyline and cinematics of any game I've played recently.

If you like platformers, I would recommend Little Big Planet. It is a very fun game, the cutesy look of it hides the fact that it is really quite challenging.

if you like shoters ...
if you like shoters then buy killzone 2 ( one of the best looking shoters ) and resistance 2 ( lasts more than 15 hours) recommendation : if you haven't played bioshock yet you should ( it is cheap now so there's no excuse )

If you like racing

buy Burnout: Paradise. One of the best supported games ever and lots of fun. Also look into Folklore, and try to import Demon's Souls...

i highly recomend fallout 3.

i highly recomend fallout 3. but if your computer can handle it font get it for ps3 because most of the dlc is already out for pc and the aiming controls on ps3 are a bit clunky.  plus you can download some sweet mods on the pc

 If you have played the

 If you have played the others in the series, Metal Gear Solid 4 is awesome. I would also try to get both resistance games, I found the first to have a better campaign and more creative weaponry and the second to have better multiplayer and amazing co-op that kinda reminds me of diablo in a few ways....

PS3

Im not so sure if your into the GTA series but Grand Theft Auto IV was up to its sike, worth the cash, the best GTA so far. Skate is a good game but thats something I would buy. I hear assassins creed is awsome, I've never played it though, check out any game magazine like PSM they probebly have a more critical choice of good PS3 games that are FPS or Plantform.

Nice choice. Infamous and Uncharted are awesome games, you chose the right games to start of with, I doubt any one can ever get bored of infamous with its replayability and different character paths ( each choice has a different outcome ). You will have fun in those two months, they will fly by like seconds. Im also waiting for borderlands. The only small problem is... I dont own a ps3, Im suposed to get one this christmas but thats not a garantee. Santas probably too busy getting fat in alaska or wherever ( I dont belive in the lie of father christmas so I'll just have to save up and get things done myself )

Suggestion

You all suck for not suggesting the best S-RPG/TPS on the PS3!  Valkyria Chronicles!  It's a turn-based strategy game with a bit of a twist.  When you select your units you actually take control of them instead of simply telling them where to go.  At least take a look at it if nothing else, watch some videos, read some reviews.

If you haven't played it

If you haven't played it already I highly recommend Bioshock...it is the FPS that made me change my mind on the genre.  It is one of the best games I have ever played, along with Fallout 3 which has already been mentioned (although to get a more FPS feel in Fallout 3 try to avoid using the VATS system).
