Question about co-op...
I was just wondering about something...
I know Borderlands will have online co-op as well as splitscreen, but does anyone know if they can be used together?
For example, could me and my friend be playing splitscreen, then have two of my online friends join in?
Or is this not known yet?
Thanks, don't think I'll be contributing much, though... Just that specific question, lol. Who knows, I might post more though...

Oh, I'll definitely be sticking around the site, just not posting.
The site's awesome and (most) everyone here is awesome. I'm just not a forum guy. :)
Ah, to answer you're question, there is splitscreen, but you can't do both online and splitscreen at the same time.
Can my buddy and I have a LAN and then play online together?
and what about 4 player spit screen like cod4. Or will it be a la GoW (2).with 2 player split screen
You can't have offline co-op and online co-op at once, it's been said in a few interviews. :/ So no, guests won't work. I remember hearing that LAN was completely supported, and that it'll work how you want it to, but if you really want to know, I'd look into it.
About 4 player offline split screen... It would make sense because they're so big about 4 players, so I'm pretty sure they'll have it.
The've been pretty solid on the 2 player splitscreen. If they go to 4 they'd have to cut back on the graphics like in R6V. I still don't understand why they won't allow splitscreen games online. After all, there doesn't appear to be any problems taking a 4 player splitscreen game online in Halo. It can't possibly be that difficult.
As far as I know the LAN thing isn't possible because you use the same eithernet port for LAN (Local Area Network) that you would for an online game (worldwide network).

im not 100% sure, but im pretty positive that you cant, sorry
