Beware the Horde!, Vladof Mongol: Rockets will continuously warp forward a little every so often, at 50 yard increments. This releases a cluster of smaller explosive that explode soon after. (It is possible for the rocket to warp through an enemy and continue on while killing the enemy with the cluster.)
+48% Fire rate
2.7 weapon zoom

I sport a relatively low
I sport a relatively low level 24 spread rocket launcher on my lvl 46 Soldier. It only does 446-ish points of damage, but because it has 5 rockets it shoots at once, I typically use it to just saturate an area in fire since the weapon is an x4 Fire weapon, and let the enemies burn to a crisp. Working on finding a better rocket launcher but that spread is still pretty nice.

I currently have an RPG260
I currently have an RPG260 Helix Rocket Launcher, 411x3 (3 spiralling rockets fired with each shot, reaching target simultaneously for a base damage of 1233!), but wait! The accuracy is 91.7 and it has a 3 rocket clip! Not done yet though! 
it also has a x4 explosive modifier. 
Can post pics if you guys like. I'm only lvl 28 as well, first playthrough, and the RPG is not purple or orange, can't remember, blue or green. Found it in a shop as a special, was about 80k iirc.

Cool guns guys! I have found some more cool launchers my last play through one that shoots 3 level 4 electric rockets lol huge electric explosion and I bought an orange rocket with has shock waves that damage near by enemies!
