Shields

So I was wondering if anyone has seen a higher capacity shield then what I have.
I ask cause I've been hoping one would drop, but am starting do doubt one exists.
Mine is:
PNG-50XC Impenetrable Unyielding Shield (Blue Rarity)
Capacity 1685
Recharge Rate 125
With my Diva at 5/5 (more with defender, but I never use that class mod) my shield rating is 2191 which I love.
Now correct me if I am wrong, but it doesn't seem like shields are as random as guns..yes random but no as.
For example it seems a shield has 2 major parts, in mine it is Impenetrable and Unyielding
All Impenetrable shields have like 1415 (or something close) capacity and then the addition of unyielding adds to that number giving the total capacity on this shield.
So an Impenetrable Healing Shield would be 1415 capacity and have slow health regen.
Does the color mean anything? I haven't noticed any difference. And I assume (am guessing) the recharge rate is random.
Any thoughts?

As I understand it the colour
As I understand it the colour of ANY items only denotes its rarity as a drop. All mobs and bosses have their own loot tables, and what you get at any one given kill is in the lap of the gods. The same goes for shields ofc, and although I've seen very similar variations to you I believe it follows the same rules.
