Some New Borderlands Release Date Non-Information

An exec at Borderlands publisher Take-Two rattled off release dates for a bunch of upcoming games at a conference today. When it came to Borderlands, he remained vague and simply repeated the company line that it will be released in 2009.
My bet is that we’re more likely to see the game in the middle of next year. If it was coming out earlier they would probably be able to give a more precise release time frame. (From Gamespot)

how about a feaking demo. if youre too ambitious to get it out on time and have to keep backing up the release date, give us a demo. i was gonna get it on release day but now ill wait till i can get it on ebay for 20$. we will be lucky if it gets released at all.

Reaching Out To Gearbox
I did try reaching out to Gearbox once already. I asked them if they could give BorderlandsGuide.com an interview with one of the developers working on the game.
They never replied but I plan to try again.

Ya plz try that for me and every 1 wanting to know about the game. and if they dont interview the people who set up a website for the game when they didnt, shame on them.
Also ask about a beta for us to test and give them feed back on.

Will do Dead Eye. I think we should be getting a lot more info about the game in the coming months.
It was scedueled for Februrary 2, 2009. But I'm not sure if that is still the case, it could be way off.
