What did that latest 360 update do?
As I posted elsewhere, since this latest 360 update of a few days ago, now Brick's Bombadier mod's +7 Launcher ammo regen WORKS (yay!). But what else was fixed or altered by the update? There's lots of stuff that feels different but I can't put my finger on it (it ain't a trigger, or a lady).
Apologies if this topic or thread has already been brought up, but I couldn't find it.

I DID search, extensively, as I said!!! Now it would've been helpful if you would've given me the link to that post, since obviously I didn't find it myself.
It'd be nice if you read before you responded with a useless criticism.
JEEZ! So I'm still here at square one! DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE UPDATE DID FOR THE 360????
They actually increased the Critical Hit damage bonus for Sniper Rifles? And I thought they were wicked-awesome already...
I'm sorry I assumed you looked "extensively" on the first page of the borderlands talk forum section. But, you're right, I should have included a link.
Thank-you and thank-you. Yes, I noted to my friend last night that the snipers used to be +150% minimum. He's a newbie player altogether, and usually prefers turn-based RPGs. We both started new characters; him as Brick "Mr. Fixit", and me as Lilith "Twatzilla" heehee. I also played extensively with the Lady Finger (sounds dirty that way!) and couldn't believe how many crits I was getting, at extreme range, too (like where the bandits come out of Bonehead's area and I'm in front of the "Take-A-Ride".) Did they adjust that too? Now gimme a sec an' lemme read what the nice Admin sent me. *tipping hat*
OK, this may be VERY significant., with regard to these line items:
* Multiple copies of DLC missions can no longer be obtained
* Zombie Island achievements and trophies now unlock properly in splitscreen (360, PS3)
Last night, on my 360, my friend's low-level characters (different ones, about 15th lvl I think) met up at the Arena with various high-level characters of mine to give him an item I'd found that he could use. As soon as the game started, he started getting all the Achievements I'd gotten from Zombie Island, and more significantly, he got all the checkoffs for having had completed all those quests, even though he's never been there. Now, if I recall correctly, we had HIM host, so the machines would have items to his level. I don't know if that's significant. Also, this didn't happen any other time with any other character pairing, to my knowledge. Obviously he'd only get the Achievements once per Profile, so its possible the other characters got those quest completions too, which would mean he can never experience them. I'm going to check that now, actually, that I'm thinking of it.
Thanks for the update and the DLCs. The 2nd DLC is totally different from the 1st and 3rd, but it definitely has its utlity. I'm not a big fan of multiplayer in general. Just getting started in local co-op. But the Arena is insane difficulty (ya gotta fix the level rating on that quest, BTW), but the Bank and having those 3 machines at-the-ready makes it worth it to me.
Late addition: Hmm, OK, I checked all his characters, and none of them have those quests listed after all. However, his Profile does show those Achievements from Zombie Island. Curiouser and curiouser...
I noticed something that actually rather annoyed me.. was playing on the second dlc with my dad, having a laugh basically, then we signed out and saved. when i next played the game, i found that my equipped grenade mod, Class mod and shield had disappeared. now naturally i wasn't pleased, so i checked on the gearbox website, and found that it was a common problem after playing dlc 2, then i found out that they'd just sent a patch to fix it.. rather bad luck for me i guess, as i was planning on completing the 'find steele' mission (preferably with that particular class mod equipped)
just thought i'd put that out there
Yeah, my friend had thought that had happened to him as well, but I had him double-check the Bank, and sure enough he had deposited them in there.
I hope its as simple a fix as that for you. I hate it when we can't create our own saves with these games, like we can with Bioshock and Fallout 3 and Oblivion and so many others; to save when and where we want, independent of the autosaves.
Good luck, I hope those items turn up, or ones even better. Haunt those vending machines!
