What do you guys think? 360 or STEAM?
I've already put money down for this in GS, but I can move it to a different game. So, what do you think?
PS3 lol
I agree sell your 360 and pc and buy PS3!!!! :]
360 all the way. i also hate pc gaming, and the 360 controller is way better then the tiny ps3 controller. plus live is set up so much better then psn.
Its up to what you feel will give you the better gaming experince. Do you have a PC that will be able to produce better graphics then the PS3/Xbox 360 editions? Do you have a problem with paying to play online and/or release content for it? What gaming platfrom do you have a better community of players around (I.E. Having the higest chance of having someone else to play with)? Do you have a wired or wireless Xbox 360 controller (If you have the wired one you can just hook that up to your PC and play)?
I have a better-than-average PC. The other thing I forgot to mention is my lack of a working LIVE account.
Well, I don't mind PC gaming but that's not much of a choice for me atm. Even if I had a PC that could run Borderlands well, I'd still go w/ my 360 because I won't buy a top-of-the-line PC. I'm looking to upgrade for Diablo III and Starcraft 2, but I tend to buy most of the mulit-platform stuff for my 360.
I'd rather own a hands-on copy of the game, plus then if your internet goes down you can still play your game.
Well personally I would go for the PC version if you currently dont have a gold account since its needed to play online coop anyways. On the graphics side. I have not seen the requirements yet so it can be hard to say if your PC will be able to produce better graphics then what the xbox/ps3 version can offer. You said you liked playing with a controller so what you can do, if you wish to spend the money, is go out and buy a wired 360 controller. You can plug those directly into your computer and use it like a normal 360 controller.
Also you dont need to be online to play Steam games. Thats a common misconception of Steam. Once you have it downloaded to your computer you can play it regardless if you have access to the internet or not.
straight from steam's Borderlands page in the store..

Sorry, but I forgot to mention that I hate PC gaming, so I'd have to get a USB controller.
