What levels for Dr. Zed DLC?

Whats a good level to go into the Dr. Zed DLC?
I solved the original game with Roland, level 36 soldier, should I play him or create a new character for the DLC?

What is the ideal level
What is the ideal level though, like what are the mission levels? I don't want to breeze through with a high level character that'd be no fun.
Does the game scale to your character level?

Doesn't really matter what level you start. It scales to your current level.

It actually scales to what
It actually scales to what quest you are on the main story. I was level 46 when I went in but the enemies were 42 b/c I was not very far in the main quest.
Also it's Dr. Ned, not Dr. Zed.

No, it IS Dr. Ned in the DLC,
No, it IS Dr. Ned in the DLC, and Zed in the main game.
Anyway, for a good challenge and some great loot, I would recommend doing the DLC at level 50 on after completeing playthrough 2. You'll definitely get the most out of it that way.
It doesn't really matter, I played it with a level 50 soldier on my second playthrough.
