An Xbox 360 Version Mod Request

Okay, I'll admit to being a bit less skilled at modding/hacking, when there's no program to help me do so in real time, and since my own attempt at weapon modding failed rather miserably, I'll ask here, if there's anyone out there who can make a mod for me. In this case, a Transfusion Grenade mod, with max attack value(999, 9999, or 32767, or maybe even higher, discuss this if I can). Basically, want something to just kill an enemy I throw it at, since I didn't use grenade with my first character, but don't want to start all the way over with someone new. Anyone help a newb out?
