Borderlands Guide
There is nothing Blurry about the fact that the gunopedia was made to put the guns that you actually find in the game. This section is for me (and many others) where I put my "Trophy" and not a gun I won by trading without doing anything to actually get it and certainly not create it with my PC (well actually for me it's impossible since I'm a Mac addict ;) ) to not spend time searching for it in the game.
By accepting this kind of Behavior you put at risk the integrity of this section and the integrity of this website wich is clearly on the legit side of the game and tolerate Modding matters.
When an Admin start to give his point on how Modded weapons are unwelcome to the game (at the time he was a member) and that a few weeks after (being an admin) create them for members and even post them in the Gunopedia, the line of moral is broken.
The only thing I don't want is this website becoming an Anarchy.
Other Moderators could be in charge of regulating the Legit/Modded matters and redirect to the appropriate section. Ones that actually play the game and knows the difference between Legit and created so that the overall information stands correct.

Frank, the Gunopedia is for illustrating weapons that have a chance to be created by the game engine. Editing the weapon as 'modified' would not apply because weapons posted CAN be created by the game engine. If there is a discrepancy to this rule, then the item is moved over to the appropriate section. Now about your specifics about 'who' found it, etc. giving credit to other players etc. this is not the purpose of Gunopedia.
Modded Weapons are weapons
Modded Weapons are weapons you create, doesn't matter if the parts belong to the gun or not it just didn't spawn from the game.
Again This section is only for Legit Weapons that YOU find in the game, i've been trading but I won't post those guns simply because I won't take credits on the guy who put hours to find it...
You have many friends that gives you the Best guns ever ? Well make a internet page referencing all of the weapons and give credit to the ones that have find them, that would be nice for those real Borderlands fan !
You have been making fun of people who didn't know they had modded weapons and now your in the same situation, this is not the first time one of your weapon have been reported modded, so make so more reasearch on Willowtree and post it to the right section.
I'll be glad that this Forum has a True Legit/Modded Weapon Moderator to end this kind of behavior !

No one can be certain that that ogre was created outside the game and even if it was it ever most likely can't be used online anyways. So if the guy wants to create guns and publicize then no big deal eh! Not hurting anyone whatsoever.
If that ogre was found (or earned) legit then well good for them.

All the weapons I have posted on Gunopedia work online. Any weapons that I may have entered that doesn't work has been removed myself.

this is for legit guns only, and just because its modded doesnt mean it wont work online, if its modded with all the correct parts, but the best of the parts, than its still modded, but a valid gun, so blah blah blah blah blah, i know how this shit works, i could take that last comment as a admittance that you do create your own pearlescent and legendary, and have my people find ps3 employees, or gearbox employees and put an end to your online play all together, or you could at least add a "(willowtree)" at the end of the title of the ones you did make, and quit acting like their legit
people need to quit using the fact that the update is out to say they aint modders, or dont have modded weapons, the update simply restricted access to guns made with nonvalid code, or guns that had wrong parts on it,
for instance, you used to be able to put assualt rifle clips and barrels and stock onto snipers, but now you cant
you used to be able to almost any part on any base style gun, but now the coding in the game is a little more strict, making it to where only certain parts can go onto certain types of guns, and certain base styles,

people need to play the game, and quit making their weapons, aint nothing on your willowtree better than whats in the game, you know why? because the game didnt make it, which makes it a F*G weapon, anybody who cant take the time to look for weapons, doesnt deserve to play with other people
99.9% percent sure they got rid of modded weapons, so people couldnt make theyre own pearlescent and legendary weapons, so i think, if your actually making them in willowtree, ill do everything in my power to have your i.p. address banned from the game (plenty of xboxlive employees with that power are in my friends), because noone should have to sit in a game with fake weapons, and if anyone tries to trade me fake pearls or fake legendaries, thats the consiquences
and if you did find all your weapons, i can olny imagine how much of a assprint is on your couch, only someone with 24 hours a day 7 days a week worth of time would possibly find that many that quik

Depends on what your definition of 'modded' is. I have a large team of gamers who farm weapons for me and rare stuff gets shared around a lot.
Some weapons have been modified within game limitations and regardless of what you or anyone else thinks they are all game legal. There is nothing posted here thats not possible within the boundaries of the game.
And as for reporting my IP address, I am not on Xbox live, I play on Playstation 3 exclusively.

your not getting the point, a weapon made outside of the game, even upgraded, outside the game, is modified, just because its a VALID GUN doesnt mean its a LEGIT GUN, and just because its valid, doesnt make it game legal,

Well I'm 99.9999% positive he creates his guns in WillowTree. Tough to race someone who can create the best possible gun in about 5-10 minutes. Most of the top guns on this site are his, and he already has all the best pearl guns pretty much. I would know because I too have created them in WillowTree.
