BIOS: S&S and Maliwan partnered up to create what was called a "Chemical Rifle". With Maliwan's elemental expertise and S&S Munitions light weapons expertise, they created a compact rifle capable of shooting corrosive rounds that can melt any armour. This creation was heard by the Atlas Corporation whom tried to buy the blueprints for this weapons. To disrupt their intentions, the plans and blueprints of the weapon were destroyed and they announced the obliteration of the weapon... or did they?
