Another Day, More Borderlands Reviews

in Bordlerands, Reviews

Gamespot posted its review of B'lands today and rung up the shooter at 8.5/10.

Pros: Satisfying gunplay, tons of weapons, shields, and helpful items, four unique and equally fun-to-play characters, distinct, appealing artistic style and great system of rewards.

One minor lament from the reviewer is the lack of an in-game exchange system. "Unfortunately, dropping items is also the only way you can give them to your teammates, and there's no way to exchange ammo or money."

That's one of this games very few cons, is the lack of a trade screen.

The games biggest problem is a lack of splitscreen and online and/or system link at the same time. So if me and my friends get together we will play Halo, not borderlands because we dot have 4 xboxs, 4 TVs, and 4 copies of the game. This Friday we are hanging out in one house and although I will show them BL, we won't play it together. Hopefully Gearbox will fix it in time to save some potential sales.

and it would be much better if you could store your weapons instead of having to sell them or drop them
