Borderlands 2 Press Release (Sort Of)
Corporate press releases are typically as useful as a butter knife in a gun fight. They're corporate propaganda. But sometimes there's some good details when you read between the lines.
Exhibit A: the fourth quarter press release from Borderlands publisher Take-Two Interactive Software (NASDAQ:TTWO). Say the suits:
Borderlands from 2K Games has now sold over 2 million units worldwide and has established itself as a key franchise for Take-Two, for which the Company has long-term publishing rights.
Two takeaways there. First, sold 2 million units. That's a lot of product.
Second, Take-Two's boast that it has long-term publishing rights. Pre-release some people speculated that Take-Two was sending Borderlands out to die.
Now the pub has put its arm solidly around the shoulder of Borderlands and is introducing it to everybody at the party as its long-term partner.
Point 1 + Point 2 = a Borderlands 2 in the future.

wow borderlands 2 hmm hope there are numerous characters as well as more customizations in key areas of the game such as appearance and skill building... i found that borderlands has a good leveling tree but can be improved with being able to upgrade aspects such as health, speed, strength, stamina ect as well as more cutscenes to make it easier to follow the story
i didnt play assasins creed but i know i said wow to the 2 games i got for christmas witch was borderlands and modern warfare 2
