Borderlands Guide will be down for a brief period sometime after 11:30 PM Eastern for upgrades.

This glitch is here for ever now. Don't know if Gearbox will fix it for the next Patch that is about to be release. In the mean time you have to find someone online that didn't do the quest yet and valid your quest with him ;)
