Totally agree with you BLG, even though the trailer was nice and we got to see it in action, an actual demo would have been nice. Who knows though, it sounds like they did have gameplay at E3, it just wasn't covered. Didnt the E3 08 vid take almost a week or so to make it onto the internet? And its also good that we got a solid release month.
Yeah, it was nice and all, but to mae my entire month and not just day, gameplay demo would've been nice. Hopefully it's released by next Friday though. Even 1 minute of it is enough. I just want to see some movement of the environment, and maybe what the hills looks like and stuff when driving over them.
Maybe some more mechanics information would have been nice. But the two things that made me happy was the mention of Split-Screen, and Release Date. No to mention the many "JUST GOT BACK FROM THE DEMO, IT LOOKS AMAAAAAZING" twitter remarks.

I would have loved to see video of a live walkthough and not just the trailer, but I come away happy. Finally getting a release month is huge for me.
